Harrison Truex is a Managing Partner and founding member of Market Street Retail Advisors. Mr. Truex has held a real estate license for nearly twenty years and has a background working in consumer equity lending and mortgage products. Harrison began his focus on the sale of multi-tenant / single-tenant assets across the Tennessee Region in 2007. A lifelong Tennessee resident, Harrison and his wife, Katie, moved to Nashville in 2011 when he founded Market Street Retail Advisors. Harrison is a member of Midtown Fellowship Church and proud father to three children- 4 years old, 2 years old, and 3 months old.

Ben Sullivan, born and raised in Knoxville, has been active in Commercial Real Estate since 2004. Mr. Sullivan has represented a variety of clients in their property acquisition and disposition strategies and specialized in the sale of retail shopping centers throughout the southeast. Ben moved to Nashville in 2014 to join Market Street Retail Advisors. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, he married his high school sweetheart.

Tim Hickey, CCIM, joined Market Street Retail Advisors in 2016 and specializes in the sale of retail shopping centers throughout the southeast. Tim graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2005 and began his real estate career immediately after graduation, leasing and managing a portfolio of commercial property for private and institutional landlords. Tim moved to Nashville in 2011 with his wife Taryn, and is now a member of West End Community Church and father to two children. 

Jake has been with Market Street Retail since January 2015, where he oversees underwriting & packaging for the company. Prior to joining our team, Jake worked for Prudential Life Insurance as a Senior Accounting Associate, supporting several teams within the Premium Billing department over his 3+ years there. Mr. Higgins is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Music. Jake is the proud father of two young daughters, volunteers with the high school youth at his church, and enjoys participating in triathlons.

Josh Murray joined the Market Street team in January 2017 after graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Tennessee Tech University. During his tenure with the team, Mr. Murray has underwritten over 500 multifamily and retail investment properties. Josh thoroughly enjoys learning about commercial real estate evaluations and is currently working to earn his CCIM. He and his wife, Emily, have lived in the Nashville area for over 15 years.
